SPONSORS / FOUNDING 100

Help build the foundation
from the ground up.

The first supporters will help turn a shared belief in mentorship, conservation, and South Texas outdoor traditions into opportunities for young people and families.

The Founding 100

The first 100 individuals, families, ranches, and businesses who help launch the South Texas Hunting Heritage Foundation will become part of the permanent history of the organization.

Founding support can help the organization prepare youth experiences, build a dependable base of equipment and services, and bring together the mentors, landowners, volunteers, and families who make each program possible.

These partnership levels offer several ways to take part at the beginning. If you are considering a different amount or a combination of financial and in-kind support, begin with an inquiry and tell us what you have in mind.

Become a Founding Partner

Not every contribution needs to be financial.

Access, expertise, equipment, and practical services can be just as important as financial support. An in-kind contribution can remove a specific barrier, strengthen an event, or make an outdoor experience possible for a young person and family.

Select an option below to see what that kind of support could include. Every offer begins with a conversation so it can be matched thoughtfully with current program needs.

Ways to contribute

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Ranch access

Provide a place where young people can learn in the field, experience responsible land use, and better understand the relationship between habitat, wildlife, and ranch stewardship. Access can be tailored to the activities and areas that are appropriate for your property.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Hunting opportunities

Offer a suitable whitetail or hog opportunity that can become part of a prepared, mentor-led youth experience. The foundation can begin with a conversation about wildlife-management goals, timing, access, and the needs of the ranch.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Equipment

Help reduce practical barriers with appropriate outdoor, field, safety, or hunting equipment. Tell us what you would like to provide so the foundation can determine whether it fits a current program need and can be used responsibly.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Food

Provide meals, refreshments, ingredients, or food-service support for participants, families, mentors, and volunteers. Shared meals are a practical need and an important part of creating a welcoming camp or event experience.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Lodging

Offer suitable overnight accommodations for a program, family experience, or the mentors and volunteers helping make it possible. Lodging needs will depend on the location, schedule, group size, and nature of each event.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Transportation

Help participants, equipment, or supplies reach a program location. Support may include appropriate vehicles, fuel, trailers, or coordinated transportation services based on the needs and safety requirements of a specific event.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Printing

Support participant materials, educational handouts, signs, event programs, recognition pieces, or other printed resources. A printing partner can help the foundation present clear information while directing more program funds toward youth experiences.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Photography/video

Help document programs, conservation work, and the people who make them possible. Thoughtful photography or video can preserve meaningful moments and help the foundation share its mission, with participant permissions handled for each use.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Professional services

Contribute specialized knowledge or services that strengthen the foundation’s work. Depending on current needs, that could include legal, accounting, insurance, medical, communications, technology, design, or other professional support.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Event support

Provide facilities, tents, tables, seating, sanitation, staging, supplies, or logistical help for camps and gatherings. Event support can remove behind-the-scenes obstacles and help participants focus on learning and connecting.

ALTERNATE CONTRIBUTIONS

Qualified mentors

Share outdoor experience, sound judgment, and a commitment to teaching young people responsibly. Mentor participation may support preparation, skills education, conservation activities, or field experiences according to program needs and screening requirements.
